IMPORTANT

Please note that pre-registration closes automatically at midnight on 1 May 2009.
Onsite registration will open on Friday 5 June 2009 in the Milano Convention Centre at 14.00.

Registration confirmation

The ESA issues invoices / receipts, registration number and written confirmation of registration only upon completion of the registration process (which takes approximately 2 weeks).

The registration fee for full participants includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions of the meeting, opening ceremony, welcome reception & coffee breaks
• Access to the industrial exhibition area.
• One congress bag containing the Final Programme, and Refresher Course CD Rom.
• Travel Pass.

The above documents, congress bag and badge will be available in the pre-registration area upon arrival for all delegates who have received written confirmation of completed registration with a bar coded registration number issued by the ESA Secretariat. This must be presented upon arrival at the entrance.

On-site registration / one-day tickets

Full registration is possible on-site, using our self registration facility. However, to avoid waiting in line and paying a higher rate, pre-registration is strongly recommended. One-day registration will also be available at the congress centre only on the day of attendance.

Passport & Visa 

Each delegate and accompanying person is responsible for having a valid passport for entry into Italy. Participants requiring a visa for entry into Italy are advised to submit their application in their home country at least two months prior to the intended date of travel. Please check with the Italian Embassy in your country to determine if a VISA is required. For delegates requiring an Invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please tick the appropriate box on the registration form or alternatively contact the ESA Secretariat by e-mail with your written request. The letter of invitation does not cover registration fees or any related expenses and is considered a formality to facilitate the process of obtaining a VISA for Italy for those delegates requiring this document.
