The Exhibitor Manual has been put together to help answering questions you may have regarding the organisation of the Euroanaesthesia 2008 Exhibition.

Setup dates
Thursday, 29 May 2008 08.00 – 21.00
Friday, 30 May 2008 08.00 – 21.00
Inspection of stands: Saturday, 31st May 2008 at 06.00 – 07.00. Only minor decoration within the stand limits can continue on Saturday morning until 11.00.
Exhibition Dates
Saturday, 31 May 2008 12.00 – 20.00
Sunday, 1 June 2008 09.30 – 18.00
Monday, 2 June 2008 09.30 – 18.00
Complimentary tea and coffee will be served in the coffee break areas throughout the exhibition hall twice a day on Sunday and Monday from 10.00 until 11.00 and from 15.30 until 16.30.
Dismantling Dates
Dismantling starts on Monday, 2 June 2008 from 18.00 – 21.00 and continues Tuesday, 3 June 2008 from 08.00 – 21.00.
