How to Participate
The trade exhibition has been designed to allow both large and small companies with interests in the anaesthesiology industry to participate. The exhibition area is easily accessed by all delegates and visitors and is located in two halls close to the congress rooms. The refreshments and Internet Lounge for the delegates will be on the exhibition floor to ensure maximum exposure of the trade exhibition area throughout the event.
There is over 7,000m² gross of exhibition space available. The minimum space sold is 9m². When booking exhibition space, companies are invited to specify the number of m² required as well as the location and any competitor avoidance. The European Society of Anaesthesiology will be responsible for allocating stand space. While every effort will be made to allocate stands based on your exhibition preferences, the organisers reserve the right to reallocate stands should unforeseen circumstances render this necessary.
