Abstract presenter registration
The table below shows the rates that apply to accepted abstract presenters.
Please note that the reduced fee for accepted abstract presenters who are ESA members will only be applied if
membership fee for 2010 has been paid by 1 January 2010!
The Pre-registration of an accepted abstract presenter had to be finalised by 30 March 2010*!
If a presenter failed to meet the Pre-registration deadline of 30 March 2010:
- His/her abstract(s) will be withdrawn by the ESA and removed from all Euroanaesthesia related publications (abstract book, abstract CD-ROM, abstract publication website(s) and Final Programme).
- His/her abstract(s) will not be published in the supplement of the European Journal of Anaesthesiology and will be rejected for presentation at the Congress.
*Note that if you have registered but decide to withdraw your abstract after this date, the ESA will not be able to withdraw your abstract from the above-mentioned publications. For related registration cancellations, refund requests, etc., the rules apply as published under the General information of the Registration section.

If you wish to attend the Euroanaesthesia Congress regardless of the outcome of the abstract review, you should register before the Early Bird rate deadline (2 March 2010) to be guaranteed the most beneficial rate. You can of course wait until you know the results. If your abstract is accepted, the special abstract presenter rate will be applicable (which equals the Early Bird rate), you should then register online. If you wait to register and your abstract is not accepted, you can still register, but at the higher Pre-registration rate (as a regular delegate).
