How to Participate in Euroanaesthesia

The trade exhibition has been designed to allow both large and small companies with interests in the field of anaesthesiology to participate. The exhibition area is easily accessed by all delegates and visitors and is located close to the congress rooms. The coffee breaks and internet corner are on the exhibition floor to ensure maximum exposure of the trade exhibition area throughout the event. The Welcome Reception on Saturday, 9th June will be held in the Exhibition Halls.

Please note there are a lot of pillars on both floors of the Palais des Congrès. We have tried to design a floor plan avoiding the pillars as far as possible. The dimensions of the pillars will be supplied individually.

Booking your stand

There is over 7000m² of exhibition space available at Euroanaesthesia 2012. The minimum space sold is 9sqm. Please send the Trade Exhibtion Stand Order Form to exhibtion@esaacs.com. Stand applications will only be considered if all invoices relating to previous ESA congresses have been settled in full.

A site-visit of the Palais des Congrès is organized on Friday, September 16th 2011.

Allocation of floor space

Technical exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities will be assigned by ESAACS on a priority system based on points. The system, as explained below, is designed to recognize a company’s past exhibits and event sponsorships with ESA, Euroanaesthesia and the Autumn Meeting. To take advantage of the point system, which determines your booth assignment, your application form must be received no later than 30th September 2011. Applications received at a later date will be processed in the order received.

ESAACS is responsible for allocating floor space. Every effort will be made to allocate stand space based on your preferences, however the organisers reserve the right to reallocate stand space should unforeseen circumstances render this necessary.

ESAACS reserves the right to add, select, exchange reassign and/or remove booths if necessary.
A booking will be considered firm upon receipt of the completed and signed form. Please refer to the cancellation policy.

Raw Exhibition Space

Raw exhibition space is booth site without any prefabricated wall, installations, furniture, electricity, carpet and furnishings, or any other technical supplies and facilities. The exhibitor shall personally take care of the set-up and installation of the booth.

The Raw Space price includes:

Complimentary congress bag and contents (according to stand size)

Shell Scheme Stand

A shell scheme stand is designed for exhibitors who do not wish to construct their own stand. The shell scheme stand is set-up and dismantled by the official stand constructor. Please note that this is a package arrangement and consequently the individual items cannot be sold separately. If you require additional furniture or any other item this will need to be ordered directly via the congress catalogue as indicated in the Exhibitor Manual.

Modular shell scheme including back and partition walls (2.50m H x 1m W) with open ceiling
300 x 20 cm system fascia with company name (no logo)

One 2 kW Electrical Connection inclusive one socket outlet and consumption
Erecting and dismantling of booth
