Online registration process
- The only form of payment accepted through the online registration system is by credit card (American Express / MasterCard / VISA).
- Pre-registration via the online system will automatically generate a proof of payment, a barcoded registration confirmation, and an invitation letter for those requiring a visa for entry into France. These are e-mailed to individual delegates upon completion of the registration process (which takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks). You must provide a unique e-mail address. The registration process is not considered complete until you receive your barcoded registration confirmation from the ESA Secretariat.
