ESA Members Gate - Login process
- Enter your username and password in the Members gate.
- CHECK: Are your username and password valid?
- YES (VALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD)
- CHECK: Have you already confirmed a personal e-mail address
(required at first successful login)? - Yes : you are logged in.
- No
- Enter your personal e-mail address in the provided fields.
- Click the link in the e-mail you receive: you are logged in.
- NO (INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD)
A login error page is shown: username or password are wrong. - Verify your username
- Username issued by ESA must have 6 digits: if it has less than six digits, add 100.000: Example: username 123 + 100.000 becomes 100123.
Note: If you have already confirmed your personal e-mail address, you can use that e-mail address as username in stead of your 6-digit ID.
- Verify your password
- Password is case-sensitive (AB123 and ab123 are different passwords)
- Original password issued by ESA becomes invalid if you have changed your password in the past: use your changed password.
- If you still fail to log in, retrieve your username and password as descibed below.
Retrieving your username and password

- Use the 'Forgot password' link: information will be automatically sent to your personal e-mail address.
- The 'Forgot password' link is available on every page under the Members Gate (top left) if you are not logged in. (The links shows 'change profile' after logging in)
- If you get a message "The e-mail address you entered was not found in the database", you have not yet confirmed a personal e-mail address: use the ' Request Login Credentials Reset ' Form.
