Request Login Credentials Reset

This form allows you to request your password and/or personal e-mail address to be reset.

Reset your password: your password will be reset to the original combination of characters and numbers that you received from the ESA.

Reset your personal e-mail address: the ESA will delete any personal e-mail address that you had already provided. Note that you will be asked to provide one again when you first log in at the ESA website.
