Individual Membership

There are different categories of ESA individual membership, to which different rates apply. Please check to which category you belong before applying. Please note that ESA Membership runs from January to December each year and that online payment is by CREDIT CARD only! (American Express/Mastercard/VISA). Membership fees are non refundable.

Publications

	ESA members receive a free subscription to the European Journal of Anaesthesiology (published monthly + supplements)*, and get full access to the EJA site.		ESA members also receive the ESA Newsletter four times a year.
	ESA members receive electronic access to Current opinion in Anaesthesiology.		ESA members receive electronic access to Current Opinion in Critical Care Medicine.
*Note that a new member will start receiving the printed issues of the EJA three months after signing up as a member. If the membership is paid before the 5th of June, the member will also receive the back issues.

Discounts

Members are entitled to substantial discounts on the registration fee to the Euroanaesthesia Congress providing membership application is received by 31 January 2011 and to the Autumn Meeting.

Additional benefits

• The ESA Grant Programmes (Research Grant, Young Teaching Recognition Award and Trainee Exchange Programme) are open to ESA members only.
• ESA members also have full access to all features of the ESA internet site.
• Leadership and volunteer opportunities for ESA active members.
